I already had filed and realized after that I didn't get the right amount more like a few hundred for my son. I didn't receive any of the advanced payments however turbotax says I don't get the credit and I'm unsure why. I have put the same information as I did on here in other tax sites and they have it as I should get it. What am I missing here or need to do? I have never had a issue when it's come to claiming him before.
