If you were eligible for the Child Tax Credit on the 2023 tax return you filed and had a tax refund, the child tax credit was included in the tax refund you received from the IRS.

The child tax credit is not a separate amount that you receive.    If you were eligible to receive the refundable additional child tax credit, it was automatically included on your Form 1040 on line 28 and was part of your refund.  Look at your Form 1040 and see what it says on line 28.
