Child Tax Credit for non-resident parent

I am a US non-resident alien for both tax and immigration status. I am living outside the US with my child, who is a US citizen. Since I have interest income from US banks, I have to file a tax return.

Can I still claim the Child Tax Credit if my child lived with me for the whole year of 2024?

No.  Unless you have earned income from actively working, you will be unable to claim the child tax credit strictly on bank interest or other unearned income.
