I filed with Turbo Tax. I had a baby in December and instead of the Child Tax Credit, Turbo Tax put me in the other dependents category. Now I don’t get the early credit, which we need for care. Why wasn’t I allowed to claim the child tax credit and instead had to do the credit for other dependents?
