Claiming Tax Treaty Exemption on OPT

I am a French and a Non Resident Alien for Tax Purposes.

Being on OPT, am I allowed to claim a tax treaty exemption on my OPT wages?
It seems that the treaty is meant for students (and being on OPT, I still am on a F-1 student visa) but I could not find a proper answer to that question.

Thanks!

Yes, the treaty benefit applies to both non-residents and residents.

Depends on the treaty, they usually say if you are a resident of your country and temporarily in the US doing…., which could apply to both nonresidents or residents.
