I never got Clean Vehicle Seller Report

You can't claim a tax credit for the purchase of an EV without the Clean Vehicle Seller Report. Are you sure your vehicle qualifies? If the vehicle does qualify, then contact the dealer you bought the vehicle from to obtain the report. Note, if leased an EV then you are not eligible for the credit. The credit goes to the purchaser of the vehicle, which would be the finance company that leased the vehicle to you.
