Clergy can deduct miles from home to church if the office is at home?

My husband is a pastor and his office is at home. He drives to church for services, Bible Study etc. He can deduct mileage since the ofc is at home?

It depends on the employment status of your husband.  Your husband can deduct mileage from his home office to the church if he is self-employed.  If he is an employee of the church this would be commuting miles that are not deductible.
