covid grant - 310DES

I received $2000 from treasury for my small business - S Corp. (SBAD TREAS 310 DES: MSI PAY ID:EIDG......).

How to I report that on form S1020? Is it taxable?

It was direct deposited into my business bank account 5/5/2020.

This is a grant from the Small Business Administration (SBA) called the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) and is not taxable.
