Deduct Credit Card Convenience Fees - where to enter in TurboTax?

I found https://www.irs.gov/pub/lanoa/pmta2009-002.pdf and https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/taxes/discussion/deduct-credit-card-fees-for-tax-payment/01/219626#M90456 , which both say that I can deduct credit card convenience fees that I paid when paying the amount owed on last year's personal tax return. It seems to be classified as "misc deduction". To clarify: I'm not talking about credit card fees charged by my bank. I'm talking about the convenience fee charged by the tax payment provider.

However, I didn't find any place in TurboTax (Premier Online) where I could enter this deduction. Anybody know how I can add it?

Thanks

No, these fees are no longer deductible.  The original post is for tax-year 2017, and the tax law has changed since then.

Please see the instructions for Line 16, Other Itemized Deductions at 2021 Instructions for Schedule A (2021).

https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-prior/p529--2020.pdf is better link since in above link couldn't find it easily.

The other reason for not deducting will be any credit card cash back negating the fees (unless fees were more than cash back). Guess it's moot point now.
