Deductions & Credit Screen: Property Tax and Personal Tax Paid in 2024

The TurboTax Deluxe Home is not letting me enter Property Tax on my home (I don't have a loan). The program says:

We need a bit more info to see if you qualify

Checking for

Property (Real Estate) Tax Deduction

When I select enter information it returns to the Deductions & Credit screen.

Additionally:

On personal property tax when I try to enter it states "Hmm, looks like we've hit a snag."

I have added the latest updates as of January 20, 2024.

See Troubleshoot installation and running TurboTax for Windows, since the program is updated, there may be other issues. I used the Deluxe program, entered property tax with no mortgage.

Thanks for the reply. I'm using a MacBook version on Turbo Tax. I'm still have the same issues. I'm checking for updates everyday and installing any new updates.

I've input these two deductions every year and this is the first time they have not worked. I'll file standard deduction on Federal but will need these inputs for my state (Arkansas) filing.
