I want to claim my son who is 41 years old.  He hasn't worked for years and we support him.  He owes for child support.  I don't know where the court figures com from because he hasn't worked.  Anyway, if I claim him, am I responsible for his owing child support? Will it be taken out of my tax return?

No, if you claim your son as a dependent, you will not have to pay his delinquent child support.  You will get the $500 credit for other dependents if you claim him.
