My child’s father claimed her on his taxes without my consent, now my refund is being rejected. What can I do? His refund was already processed by the time I found out.

You will have to mail in your return. Since he has already used her social security number, it will transmit. The IRS will see that you both claimed her and they will eventually straighten things out. Be prepared with documents showing she lived with you, such as school records.
