Dependent Care FSA - Where to enter reimbursements?

When entering child care payments to claim the Child Care Credit, TT instructions say to include any payments made from Flexible Spending Accounts in the total paid for each child.  Where do I enter the reimbursements that I received from the FSA for payments to the child care provider?  I didn't think you can claim an FSA deduction and Child Care Credit for the same payment.

The reimbursements are already recorded on your W-2. You do not need to enter those in your tax return. But you do need to enter your dependent care expenses to show that the FSA amount shown on the W-2 was being used for Dependent Care.

Employers must report dependent care FSA contributions in  box 10 on your W-2 form. You include this information on Internal Revenue Service Form 2441 to report child and dependent care costs. Attach Form 2441 to your tax return. Again, contributions are already pretax, so do not deduct them from your taxable income.
