depreciation errors in Turbo Tax

My "Your Property Assets" page shows a depreciation expense of $4,746 but the carry over to the Rental Summary page under Assets/Depreciation still is showing $0.00 Why?????

Did you depreciate property assets last year and is that a 2019 entry for your property assets? If you depreciated assets in 2019 and if those assets are to be depreciated again this year, you may need to reenter those in the program again this year.

No that answer did not address my question. I am still having the issue with Turbo Tax. Does anyone have a number I can use to call TT and discuss this issue with their represenative?
