It depends.

 

You will need to look at your 2018 tax return to determine that.

 

Refer to page 2 of Form 1040.  Look at line 8.  If you have an amount listed other than the numbers in the picture below, you probably itemized your deductions.

You will also have a copy of Schedule A with your 2018 return if you itemized your deductions.
