Did your property tax bill include property used as a personal residence?

In my state tax return, I'm asked "Did your property tax bill include property used as a personal residence?". What does this mean?

The question asks if the property tax that you paid is just for your home... or maybe it includes your rental property, for example. Rental would not be your personal residence. IF the bill includes both, you would select No. If the property tax is just for your home, then select Yes.

The original question is written in a confusing way, and the answer here seems contradictory which is less than useful.
I still don't understand why I would ever answer No unless the entire property is an investment which is the only way I could possibly pay property tax while not having any personal property involved.

Your property tax bill could also include a second/vacation home as well as property held for investment. Many states and localities have different rates and rules for primary residence property taxes versus property held for other reasons.
