I didn't include my 1098-E for 2014 taxes since I didn't know where to find them until now. I was wondering if i can include them to 2015 tax return or do I have to amend my last years taxes to add them?

Unfortunately, you cannot file a 2014 Form 1098-E on a 2015 tax return. You will need to file an amendment for 2014 if you wish to deduct the student loan interest for 2014.
