Didn’t list dependent on marketplace, but claim on taxes as dependent. I receive premium tax credits will I be audited or have an issue with form 8962?

I have a dependent with shared custody who’s insurance I do not provide therefore they are not listed on my marketplace as a dependent. Will I have an issue when I do taxes next year and fill out form 8962/will I be audited?

When you file your return, in the health insurance section you will indicate you both had insurance and only enter your 1095-A form UNLESS the child was also covered under a 1095-A ACA plan.
