Do I calculate my health premiums that come out of my check on my taxes?

For example my husband carries our families health insurance. For the state of Idaho do I need to add up those premiums and report them on my taxes?

You would only calculate the health premiums you paid through your employer if they were not pretax payments. This is extremely rare, and Idaho indicates that your employer should let you know the amount in a separate statement. See ID Code § 63-3022P (2023)
