Do I count my medical expenses from last year if I have not paid them yet?

I had denied claims from my insurance provider that I have not paid yet. However, they were doctor visits from last year. Do I report this?

You do not report them until you actually pay them, so not until you file your 2022 return in early 2023 (assuming you actually pay them this year).

No, you can't claim a deduction for medical expenses if you have not paid them yet.
