Do I have a flexible spending account just b/c line 10 on my W2 is filled out? It's for daycare for my kids but I don't have a separate account with that money....

Yes.  Amounts on line 10 of your W-2 are pre-tax contributions to a Flexible Spending Account.  Make sure you go through the Child and Dependent Care section under Deductions & Credits.  Your FSA amounts will show up as taxable until you complete that section.
