Do I have to divide my expenses in different rows and add descriptions or can I put all the expenses of one kind together?

I'm looking at my advertising expenses and was wondering if I can put the total amount or if it's mandatory to separate them into different rows and descriptions, thanks

You can just enter the total for each category.
