Do I have to file an FBAR if my spouse, who is a foreign national, has a foreign account with only her name listed as the sole account holder?

If she is the sole account holder, only she would need to file the FBAR form if she is a resident alien, permanent resident or citizen.

Furthermore, am I automatically regarded as having "financial interest" if I am making SWIFT wire deposits to her account from my US bank account (I am the sole account holder of this account)?
