First, do you have an HSA? If not, you shouldn't have a form 8889 anyway.
Line A1 is in the Line 3 Smart Worksheet. It wants to know what kind of HDHP (High Deductible Health Plan) coverage you had in January 2018. Normally, you would have answered this during the HSA interview, which is why I wonder if you even have an HSA.
So, assuming that you don't have an HSA and shouldn't even be here, let's delete all HSA information on your return.
The safest - although brute force - way to fix this is to do the following in this order:
1. make a copy of your W-2(s) (if you don't have the paper copies)
2. delete your W-2(s) (use the garbage can icon next to the W-2(s) on the Income screen
*** Desktop***
3. go to View (at the top), choose Forms, and select the desired form. Note the Delete Form button at the bottom of the screen.
*** Online ***
3. go to Tax Tools (on the left), and navigate to Tools->Delete a form
4. delete form(s) 1099-SA (if one), 8889-T, and 8889-S (if one)
5. go back and re-add your W-2(s), preferably adding them manually
6. go back and continue your return.
If you do have an HSA, then go back to the HSA interview (Search for hsa (lower case) and jump to it), and be sure to check what type of HDHP coverage you had, either for all year, or month by month. Worst case, use the directions above to delete your HSA information and start over.
