Question

Do I include my PIP premium on my auto policy in the medical premium section in state taxes?

It says, Enter Medical Insurance or HMO Premiums Michigan lets you make an adjustment for medical insurance premiums when determining the amount of your Homestead Property Credit. Enter the amount you paid for medical, dental and vision insurance, prescription drug plans, and the medical part of your automobile insurance premiums. Would I enter my PIP premium amount that’s on my auto policy since I pay for it?

Most likely, but double-check your auto insurance coverage to make sure what this encompasses.

What you want to see would likely be listed on your auto insurance coverage document as Automobile Medical Payments Coverage, or something similar.  It typically includes payments for medical treatment needed as a result of an auto accident.
