Do i need a special form to declare a 1x (tax free) gift from my parents of $510,000 paid directly to the title company as down payment on the house I bought in 2023?

No you don't but based on the amount of the gift they need to file gift tax returns.

If your parents are US citizens or US residents then any gift you receive is not reported on a tax return, regardless of the amount received.

If the parents are nonresidents then this gift is handled differently. Reply back if this is the case.
