Question

Do I need to enter any 1099 information if I am a Real Estate Agent who did not have any sales for the year but I had expenses?

I also did not receive a 1099 because of this.

Assuming this is not your first year as a self-employed Realtor, No, if you don't have a 1099 for income, you have nothing to enter.  You do not need a 1099 to report income, however.  If you received any income, regardless of the amount or any forms being provided, you need to enter it on your schedule C.
