Medical expenses paid with your HSA funds are paid with tax-free funds and therefore, are not tax-deductible expenses on your tax return.

Any other medical expenses which were not paid with HSA funds are potentially tax-deductible if you meet the Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) limitation of 7.5% of AGI and are able to itemized deductions.
