Does anyone know what "Return claims a solar and wind energy credit carryover" means? its not allowing me to file elctronically

I had responded with no for credit or investments and it still doesn't allow me to file elctronically

It's possible you started the home energy credit section and/or left a question unanswered. Review this topic as follows:

Open or continue your return, if you don't already have it open.
Select the Deductions & Credits tab.
Find the Your Home section.
Select the Start/Revisit button for Home Energy Credits.
On the Energy-Saving Home Improvements screen, for the question "Did you make energy efficient improvements in 20XX or have a carryforward from 20XX?" answer Yes and Continue.
Answer "no" to all questions until you come to the page "Do you have a 20XX Home Energy Credit to Carryforward?" Click the No box and Continue.
Now run SmartCheck again to see if the issue is resolved.
