Question

Does COVID-19 count as a natural disaster in CA? My co-worker had said it comes up on the FEMA list, however I do not see it

And the turbotax range is from Jan 2018-Feb 2020, not just for 2019.

There is a question about 2019 AND 2018 since there were credits for federal disasters for both years.

Credits for disasters from 2018 could have been claimed for 2018 but used on your 2019 return.

The Covid-19 was not declared a natural disaster for 2019.

California has made allowances concerning filing and/or paying state tax.

Below is a link with more information.
