Yes, all your expenses listed that you paid for medical treatment are entered as medical expenses.

Federal Taxes
Deductions and Credits
Scroll down to Medical, select Medical Expenses - follow the prompts,

Note: some of your expenses are specifically listed by TurboTax, some are not... if you do not find a description that matches your expense or if you create your own description - you can so; at the end of the medical interview, you will be asked to enter your own description and amount... you can simply enter all of your expenses there
