Does Turbotax help with FBAR(Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts)?

No, TurboTax does not have any way to report FBAR (FinCEN Form 114) . That is reported through the US Treasury website - https://bsaefiling.fincen.treas.gov/main.html

TurboTax does have a section if you need to use Form 8938, Statement of Specified Foreign Financial Assets.
