Does Turbotax helps to get ITIN for dependents without going to IRS office?

I heard some of the auditors can help to get the ITIN for my spouse without visiting anywhere but want to be sure if turbotax also helps in the same way and if so i can go for the premium membership.

TurboTax doesn't include Form W-7 to apply for an ITIN but you can still prepare your tax return with TurboTax. You will need to Download Form W-7 directly from the IRS, fill it in, print it out (see these IRS instructions), and submit it with your tax return.
