Efile keeps getting rejected; no error attached. Turbo tax points that "The IRS couldn't confirm my identity"

Efile keeps getting rejected; no error attached. Turbo tax points that "The IRS couldn't confirm my identity". It says that in most of the occasions it may be a problem with the AGI entered from 2021. I did not submit any taxes in 2021, I am a student and I was claimed as a dependent on my sister taxes. I (unsuccessfully) have tried entering all possible four combinations of: Did you Filed a return for 2021? and what was your AGI? Can someone help?

Double check your Social Security number and Date of Birth in the personal info section, make sure your name is as it appears on your Social Security card. If you didn't file last year, enter a "0" for AGI. It also asks for ID information from a drivers license or ID card, make sure info is correct in the filing section.

You can also retrieve your transcripts from the IRS to make sure there was nothing reported for AGI for you by clicking here, and setting up a login.
