Question

EIC was added and suggested and I was not looking to add this how do i take it off ?

Why do you want to take it off? The criteria for eligibility for EIC changed for 2021 so if you are eligible it was added to line 27a of your Form 1040 for you.

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the screen. Click on Tools. Click on View Tax Summary. Click on Preview my 1040 on the left side of the screen.

You qualify because the IRS says you qualify. While you are not required to take it, you would have to lie on your return to disqualify yourself. That might open a whole new can of worms.
