Entering foreign source consulting income taxes paid Form 1116

I cannot seem to get Form 1116 to work. I do not have dividends or interest to report, I have consulting income and in France where I am a foreign tax resident. I can't get passed the dividends and interest screens, and there is nowhere to report foreign source income or taxes paid.

Review your steps when you entered your foreign income. When you reach the following screen illustrated below, be sure this is checked General Category Income and not Passive income. See if this helps.
