entering officer salaries in s corp does not calculate total salaries correctly from download

    You may need to manually enter the salaries on line 7(A) of form 1120-S, page one, net of the officer wages that appear on line 7 of that form.

    Exactly how is it not calculating it correctly?

     

    If it is adding the cost of corporate-paid health insurance, that is correct.  The cost of corporate-paid health insurance is added to wages, and added to Box 1 of the W-2.
