Error when attempting to use EasyStep to enter 1099 dividents

I get the attached error window ("Hmm. Looks like we hit a snag") when attempting to enter 1099 dividends from EasyStep. After I click on "Sounds Good" control in the window, it just puts me back in EasyStep and round-and-round we go. I closed turbotax and tried again but no luck. This is on Mac OS Sequoia with Turbotax 2024; just updated to latest forms supporting dividends in turbotax.

what year are you working on. most 1099s for 2024 won't come out until January 2025?

I am working on 2024. There are some corporations which have already released 1099's. I "got around" this problem but going into EasyStep and answering all the questions even though I haven't entered most of the 2024 data yet. This time when I went to the "1099 dividends" topic instead of  being presented with a control to "update all" I was presented with a scrolling list of all 1099's I had carried over from 2023. The list looked very different from the list from 2023 but I don't get the "Hmm. Looks like we hit a snag" error.
