Estimated Tax Payment for State of MA did not show up for my deductions

If you made estimated tax payments in 2020 towards your state, or local taxes, enter them in the Estimated and Other Income Taxes Paid section. The amount will be reported on  Form 1 Massachusetts Resident Income Tax Return line 40 2020 Massachusetts estimated tax payments.

To Revisit the estimated payment section to make sure you made the correct entry:

  • Log in to your account.
  • Select Federal from the left menu.
  • Go to Deductions and Credits.
  • Scroll down to Estimates and other Taxes paid.
