estimated tax payments

My wife and I rollover an amount from her IRA to a Roth IRA once a year. We are being hit with a estimated tax payment penalty as calculated in turbo tax. We have made quarterly estimated tax payments throughout the year. What do I need to do in Turbo Tax to show this rollover payment was a one payment at the end of the year versus throughout the year?

You might be able to eliminate it or at least reduce it. You can go to Federal Taxes tab or Personal tab, under Other Tax Situations and select Start by the Underpayment Penalties. You will answer a series of questions that may reduce or eliminate the penalty. Or you can elect to have the IRS figure the penalty for you. It's form 2210.
