EV credit on salvage car

I got a Tesla EV from insurance auction, rebuild it and passed state inspection, registered it at local DMV and now waiting for title. After searching it seems like im able to claim EV credit. I did my taxes on TurboTax and put vehicle information, shows that i got credit but was rejected next day because VIN does not match IRS records for Clean Vehicle Report. What needs to be done to correct this?

Nothing. This would not qualify for either EV credit.

In order to claim the EV Credit for New EV's, it has to be brand new off the dealer lot. It cannot be used, which a salvage EV would be used.

In order to claim the EV Credit for Used EV's, you must purchase it from a licensed dealer. A an insurance auction would not be considered a licensed dealer.
