EV Tax Credit Prior Year income NOT working with Turbo Tax

I am adding information to Turbo tax and it just REMOVED my EV Credit of $7,500 because this years income is above the $150,000...however the guidelines state you can lose LAST year's income to qualify and they are not doing that. How do I force it to look at last years income and reinstate the credit?

No hurry to e-file since the IRS will not begin to accept/reject 2023 e-files until January 29. And….a state return cannot be accepted until after the IRS accepts your federal return.
