Our child is 18 months old, we did not receive any advanced child tax credit payments, when I enter my tax information into TurboTax it states we are only eligible for a $500.00 Child Tax Credit. We never received a letter from the IRS regarding the advanced child tax payments. We should be eligible for $3600.00? We select that we did not receive the advance payments. What are my options?
