I am a contract worker without a printer. I print my statements at FedEx. If I am regularly claiming the print fees for this as an expense and I print my last statement for 2023 in 2024, can I still claim that last fee as an expense for 2023?

Sorry, only expenses you actually paid in 2023.  Claim it next  year on your 2024 return.

If the fees are paid in 2024 then you can only enter the expense on your 2024 tax return.

Sorry, only expenses you actually paid in 2023.  Claim it next  year on your 2024 return.
