I'm itemizing my 2024 deductions for Federal and State. I've received a NYS Star credit and entered that information into the New York State return section but it's not reducing my State real estate taxes line on the Federal or State tax return. There does not appear to be a place to reduce the real estate tax on the Federal side. How do I reduce the real estate tax on the Federal and State returns when itemizing deductions.
