Federal Schedule 1 by TT is wrong

I and my wife both have Ibonds at the same day and same mounts. We have same interests of $2416. The TT system input both in schedule 1. However, reduce the second $2416 as adjustment. Then our income is lower $2416. I can't control any steps due to the system did it automatically. Could you fix this problem? I believe it is done by AI. How to fix it?

Once you're logged in to your account,

- on the left hand panel, click on Tax Tools and then choose Tools

- on the pop up window, select Share my file with Agent

- you'll see a message saying you'll give us a copy of your tax return. Your personal information will be changed so we can't see any private information.

- click okay and you'll get another message with a token
