What is the problem you are having with the desktop software?

I answered no to capital loss carryovers, no to receiving form 2439, no to any straddles or section 1256 contracts, and no to any buying of ISO stock in 2021. I then selected that I was done with the capital gain input. Instead of going to the next section it returned to the four questions I had answered. I reentered everything four times and still got the same result, returning me to the same four questions.
