You need to follow any instructions given in TurboTax where you see the error message.

That could be because of an answer you gave in the section where you enter pension income reported on a form 1099-R. If you made such an entry, go back through that section and indicate that your distribution was not due to a qualified disaster. You will find that in the Wages and Income section, then Retirement Plans and Social Security, then IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R).

Also, you can review the Casualties and Thefts section under Deductions and Credits to see if you made any entries there.
