Tried clear history cookies and caches but still have the issue. Even tried different browser.

@yhkao1988 Sorry this happened to you. it has something to do with an input in Miscellaneous income OR an address on a 1099-int, 1099-div.

1st try do a search for Miscellaneous Investment Income, Answer the questions about foreign income..

2nd if that doesn't work, go back to all your 1099's and ensure FATCA filing is NOT checked on your input (it is under the my form has info in other boxes (this is uncommon). Ensure no foreign addresses are input.

3rd go to the Income section , click Continue, move to Deductions section, and the foreign bank account question comes up there.
