Foreign Taxes paid for 1099-DIV dividens

I cannot get foreign taxes (shown on a partnership account's 1099-DIV from Schwab) on Form 1065 partnership return so it is added to line 21 on each partner's K-1. I tried putting it manually on 1065, line 14 and that did not work. I'm using TurboTax Business on Windows desktop. What do I need to do?

I was able to enter the foreign taxes directly on line 21 of the partnership schedule K-1, did you try that?

After I figured out how to "override" the entry via the Edit dropdown menu, I got it to work. It is still an improvement TT could make to have it entered on form 1065 and be allocated appropriately to each partner's K-1 IMHO.
